PLEASE NOTE:  The certificate ONLY covers the actual spay or neuter. Each veterinarian in our program has their own terms and prices of additional services that you must pay for at the time of the surgery. Inoculations are the responsibility of the pet owner and may be required by the veterinarian. This certificate is available for all Pulaski County, Arkansas residents.

Refund policy:

 

Certificates expire 30 days after the issue date. No refunds on lost or expired certificates. Prior to expiration, return unused certificate to Friends of Animals.
